We have decided to close our face to face services and to boost our telephone and email provisions in light of the current epidemic. Please be assured that we have taken this decision to ensure we can continue a business as usual approach and residents can expect the same level of service and assistance as they otherwise would if they attended in person. Clients will have access to full advice appointments over the telephone or by email. For partners with whom we have an agreement to refer clients directly into our services, this will continue as normal.
We are committed to providing our service to the residents of Welwyn Hatfield during this period of uncertainty, and we feel that in order to do this we need to make a change to our delivery model to try and ensure stability of our workforce.
