Hertford Castle World Food Festival

July 10, 2022 @ 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

As part of the Hertford Food and Drink Festival, Hertford Town Council present you with the Hertford Castle World Food Festival. An afternoon filled with worldly tastes and live music to get all your senses singing!
There will also be several world food stalls exhibiting on the lawn to get your taste buds singing. With delicious Greek, Turkish, Thai, BBQ, Vietnamese and Iraqi cuisines to choose from, there is something for everyone.
A large beer tent, offering a variety of local and national beers, ales and ciders, plus a dedicated Gin & Prosecco area, this event is not to be missed.
Enjoy live music throughout the afternoon and the castle will be open for you to explore.
Performances by Hertford Rock Choir, Paul Booth and Si Lee, Foxpalmer, Dan Thomas, Why Not?, Damien Casey, Cedar Rose Johnson and Chris Sims.
Plus, take part in our FREE Hertford Castle Food Trail for a chance to win vouchers to spend at your chosen Hertford restaurant or bar. Pick up an answer sheet from the Castle conservatory on the day of the event, follow the trail around Hertford Castle and return your completed sheet.
This event is free of charge, but donations are welcome, raising money for the Mayor of Hertford’s Charity.
Note that Hertford Castle will be open until 4pm.
