The Christmas Gala is back and bigger than ever before. Expanding from Hertford Town Centre, it will kick off the festivities with Christmas markets, a performance stage, street entertainment, fairground rides and the famous Christmas tree light switch on.

It will carry on the festivities into the Castle grounds with a festive market, more fairground rides and much more throughout the Saturday and Sunday.

It’s also your one-stop shop to Christmas on Hertford’s doorstep. Local shops & businesses will be throwing their doors open to offer amazing promotions and festive discounts, encouraging visitors to shop locally by putting their heart into Hertford this Christmas.
