On this course you will gain an overview of the principles of customer service in the retail sector

Sessions will include discussing the elements that make up good customer service, methods of handling complaints and positive ways to deal with difficult customers.

You will look at communication skills both verbal and non-verbal and how to aim for a satisfactory outcome for all.
