The ‘We Are Undefeatable’ team has been hard at work planning how they will continue to support those living with long term health conditions to be more active. In their first webinar of 2022 they will be sharing information around the campaigns plans for the year, key insights from the winter digital campaign and welcoming guest speakers to talk about how they are working to encourage people living with long-term health conditions to be physically active.

The Herts Sports Partnership continue to support the national ‘We Are Undefeatable’ campaign – a movement which celebrates what people can do whilst living with conditions like dementia, cancer, Parkinson’s, arthritis, asthma and diabetes.

 ‘We Are Undefeatable’ is a movement supporting people with a range of long term health conditions, developed by 15 leading health and social care charities and backed by expertise, insight and significant National Lottery funding from Sport England. The campaign’s purpose is to support and encourage finding ways to be active that suit them.
