9.30am-5.30pm at the Howard Centre
The University of Hertfordshire and Red Kite are displaying testimonies from rape and sexual assault victims.
The installation ask visitors to understand that it is never about the clothing worn by the victim.
This is funded by a Welwyn Hatfield Small Community Grant, there will also be Domestic Abuse, and Hollie Guard leaflets from
Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council Safety Team.
