New Leaf Recovery and Wellbeing are pleased to announce the release of their summer timetable!
Last term they introduced the ‘Expressive writing’ course, which has been the front-runner for the spring term, and they are repeating the course this summer.
You will also find sessions in class, including self-compassion for everyday living, assertive communication skills, and understanding stress, anxiety and depression.
You can also participate in the student development programme, which has helped many students reach the next stage of their recovery.
