NHS East of England and Marie Curie are conducting a survey and hosting one-to-one interviews and focus groups to understand the experiences of people in the East of England.
They wish to hear from people in the East of England who:
- are living with a terminal illness
- are supporting a friend or family member who’s living with a terminal illness
- volunteer to help support people living with a terminal illness and those close to them
- are health and social care professionals
- or have been bereaved in the past two years.
Survey: The survey can be accessed here: Survey: Experiences of Palliative and End of Life Care in the East of England.
Focus Groups/interviews (in person, telephone or via MS teams): We would welcome support in identifying and facilitating introductions to potential candidates, including local community and patient support groups. Please send an email with details to eastofenglandinfo@mariecurie.org.uk and Kate/Tracey will follow up. Candidates may also express their interest by registering their details directly on this online form: Interviews and Focus Groups Online Form
We are pleased to support this work and would encourage you to either/or complete the survey yourself or share the survey across your networks.
