Dementia Action Week for a Local History Memory Walk

Step into the past with the Welwyn Hatfield branch. Let's walk together down memory lane on a gentle 3km walk between Hatfield Library and Manor Care Home . It's a chance to raise important awareness in Dementia Action Week.
