We are looking for a self-starter, lots of enthusiasm and commitment on this new and exciting pilot project to place ex-offenders in meaningful jobs. Around a quarter of men in the UK have a criminal record, and reoffending costs the UK about £14bn a year. Yet despite that fact, and the skill and enthusiasm that ex-offenders can bring, they are often automatically excluded by employers.
